YC Mold is located in Dongguan city, which is known as “Chinese mould manufacturing town”. Established in 2000 with 320 employees, covering an area of 18,000 square meters. As an integrated manufacturing, we offer the one stop solution in design, prototyping, rapid tool, injection & die casting mold making, plastic injection parts, Aluminum /Zinc alloy die casting parts and also the final assembly services, which mainly used in automotive, LED Lighting, household appliance, computer peripheral, telecommunications, healthcare and industrial equipment. We have 20 sets Haitian injection molding machine range from 80 tons to 800 tons, 8 sets LK TECH die-casting machine range from 150 tons to 800 tons, 35 sets CNC machining (4-Axis machine 12 sets) and one powder coating production line, we also have a batch of advanced detection experimental facilities such as CMM, X-Ray and spectrograph.
